We partner with a trusted third-party courier (The Courier Guy) to deliver orders across South Africa.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

  • Custom or embroidered items may take longer.

3. Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: [R60] – Delivery in 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: [R110] – Delivery in 1–3 business days.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We ship nationwide within South Africa.

  • Remote areas may incur additional fees or delays.

5. Tracking & Updates

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Delays due to courier issues are beyond our control, but we’ll assist where possible.

6. Undelivered/Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, customers cover reshipping costs.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery issues.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
